Just another card

Decided to make a thank you card for a teacher that helped us out today. I heard that her classroom is decorated in frogs so I hope she likes this.

Everything Volleyball

Volleyball has taken over this house! I do believe I am seeing volleyballs in my sleep. My oldest daughter, Kaitlynn, has made her school's volleyball team, and I have just had a "ball" making signs to wave in the stands to support the team. Here are a few projects that have passed across my art desk thanks to the Sports Mania cartridge. Hope you enjoy.

The last is one of the cute volleyballs that are hanging on each of the girls lockers. They are so proud of them and who doesn't like a little glitter?

Halloween inspired

Well....it's been awhile since I have had time to sit down and play in my craftroom. We are in full force with school, volleyball, voice lessons, play practice, church choir, and football. I was beginning to think Saturday would never get here. I decided to do some volleyball locker decorations for my daughters team, so that kept me busy for most of the morning and now I am ready for a little challenge. Today I am entering a card in the Card Patterns Sketch 133 Challenge. Hope you enjoy. (Volleyball creations will come later)

Just a little fun....

Started making a couple of cards tonight while thinking of a good friend who has been put on bedrest for the last couple of weeks of her pregnancy. Hoping to brighten up her day a little.

And my daughter asked me to make a card for her teacher so she could apologize for being disrespectful in class today. It is so cute, she wrote an apology note and signed

My Stamp has Arrived

Look at what else was waiting for me when I got home. Now I can personalize my cards. I am super excited!

I got my embossing machine in!

I have been patiently waiting; ok ok, waiting (impatiently) for my Sizzix machine to come in for what seems like weeks, but it was waiting at my front door when I got home. I couldn't wait to open it. I have been playing with it a little this evening and decided to enter a challenge. This is for Sassy Lil Sketches September Week 1 Card Sketch
